How to use
BODY: Can be used all over your body, using one edge rub back and forth or in one direction. Focus on areas that need attention e.g. where you feel tight or stagnate.
FACE: Using one edge rub upwards and outwards with medium pressure following the contour of your face.
Continue for at-least 5-10mins as needed.
