Thank you so much for your purchase. We sincerely hope you are happy with your order.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information.
Refunds
All return requests must be within 14 days of the purchase date. Products must be new and in unused condition. Return shipping is paid by the customers. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email stating the outcome of your return request. If approved, your credit card will be credited within 10 days of email approval. We are not responsible for any delays by your credit card company.
Note*Β Sale Items are not able to be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defected or damaged. Please email us if this is the case. Photo evidence is helpful.
Missing item(s)
If you have a missing item(s) in your package you are required to notify us within 3 days of receiving your package. The missing item will be sent within 3 business days from confirmation.
Return Process
To return an item, please email your return request toΒ hello@myokoembodied.au.Β Once you have received confirmation and a product return number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a tracking method to mail your return.
