A true tallow serum. Almost nobody makes one.
Tallow is nearly always sold as a balm, and most serums on the shelf are water and seed oils with very little substance behind them. AETHER sits in the rare middle. We take the same skin-loving, barrier-supporting grass-fed tallow that goes into our balms, blend it with organic jojoba oil and infuse it with whole rose petal and calendula. The result pours from a dropper, spreads like silk and absorbs in seconds, light enough to wear every day on face and body.

How is a tallow serum different from a tallow balm?
It comes down to texture and how you like to wear it. A balm is rich and cocooning, wonderful for very dry skin, night-time or deep repair. AETHER carries the same grass-fed tallow benefits in a lighter, liquid form that absorbs in seconds. Neither is better. They simply suit different skins, seasons and moments, and many customers happily own both.
Can I use AETHER with my balm or cream?
Absolutely, and we love it this way. Apply a few drops of AETHER first, let it sink in, then seal with your richer balm or cream. The serum carries nourishment in quickly and the balm locks it there. It is a beautiful pairing for cooler months or skin that is feeling especially dry.
