The skin under your eyes is the thinnest on your entire body. Your neck and chest carry far fewer oil glands than your face, so they hold moisture poorly. And your hands are washed, wiped and sun-exposed more than any other skin you own. Thin skin with little oil, asked to do the most work.

Under the eyes
Warm a small amount between your ring fingers first, then press it on with the pad of the finger, working from the outer corner inwards. Never drag. Because there's no fragrance, no acid and no alcohol in the jar, there's nothing here that shouldn't go near an eye.
The neck
This is the zone people leave until they're unhappy with it. Use upward, outward strokes from the collarbone to the jaw, and take it right around to the back of the neck where the sun has been sitting for years.
The chest and décolletage
Crepe here is mostly sun damage plus thinning, and it's the giveaway in every scoop neckline. Smooth outwards from the sternum, and do it at night so it has hours to work undisturbed.
The backs of the hands
The simplest habit in this whole page: whatever is left on your fingers after your face, rub into the backs of your hands. Our customers report it reaching the nails and cuticles too.

Grass-fed and grass-finished from ethical Australian farms. Its fatty acid profile closely mirrors your own sebum, which matters most in the zones that produce almost none.
Purified bone marrow
A whole-food source of collagen, minerals and fatty acids. An animal fat itself, so it travels in with the tallow rather than sitting on the surface of thin skin.
Hibiscus
A certified organic whole-plant infusion, rich in antioxidants, traditionally used to help protect the collagen your skin still has and gently even tone.
Clove
Another organic whole-plant infusion. A natural antioxidant that helps refine the look of pores and bring back a little brightness.
Organic jojoba oil
A wax ester rather than a true oil, structurally close to human sebum. It softens the balm so it spreads without dragging, which is the difference between treating delicate under-eye skin and pulling at it. Grown on a family-run farm in Queensland.

What people ask before they put it near their eyes.
Is it really safe under the eyes?
Yes, and that's largely because of what isn't in it. No synthetic fragrance, no essential oil blend, no acids, no retinoids, no alcohol. Those are the things that usually make a rich cream unsuitable for the eye area. Warm a small amount between your fingers and press it in gently rather than rubbing, and keep it on the orbital bone rather than the lid itself. Patch test first, as with anything new.
Will a balm this rich give me milia or puffy eyes?
We haven't had that reported, and one of the most common comments we get about the eye area is the opposite: that morning puffiness looks reduced. The key is quantity. This is a concentrated balm, not a lotion, so a genuinely tiny amount is right for under the eyes. More is not better here.
My neck lines have been there for years. Be honest with me.
Honestly: a cream is not going to erase deep structural creasing, and anyone promising that is selling you something. What consistent use does do, and what our customers report, is skin that looks better hydrated and more supple, so the fine crepey texture softens and the deeper lines sit less sharply. Our 79-year-old customers see a difference in how the skin looks and feels. They don't see a different neck.
Won't it just wash straight off my hands?
Some of it will, which is why the habit matters more than the product. Apply to the backs of the hands last thing at night when there's no more washing to come, and top up after the last wash of the day. It absorbs rather than sitting as a film, so it isn't slippery on a steering wheel or a keyboard.
Be straight with me: does it smell?
A little, yes. There's no synthetic fragrance in this jar to hide behind, so what you smell is what's in it: rendered grass-fed fat with the earthy, faintly spiced note of the clove and hibiscus infusion. It settles within a minute or two of going on and nobody else notices it. A small number of customers never make peace with it, and if that's you, tell us and we'll look after you.
Can I use it on my face too, or do I need something else?
It's made for the face as well. This is one jar for face, under-eyes, neck, chest and hands, which is rather the point of it.
